Five disciplines, one atelier — assembled for the Namibian bride and her party, from the engagement portrait to the last dance.

Bespoke Couture

A gown drawn from scratch around the bride — sketched, draped on the form, hand-finished over four to six months.

Atelier Ready-to-Wear

Selected styles from the archive, made-to-measure in your fabric. A shorter lead time without compromise.

Reception & Second Looks

The afterparty mini, the engagement dress, the going-away. A second silhouette, considered with the first.

Bridesmaids & Mothers

Coordinated wardrobes for the bridal party — a single conversation, one consistent hand, no mismatched ordering.

Veils & Adornment

Cathedral veils, pearl headpieces, hand-beaded gloves and capes. Finished in-house to match the gown exactly.

Alterations & Heirlooms

Inherited gowns reworked for the next bride. Couture-grade alterations for pieces brought from abroad.

Editorial · The Process

The Bridal Journey

From first conversation to final reveal — a six-month rhythm of quiet, considered work. We recommend booking at least eight months before the wedding date.

I
Month One — The Consultation
An unhurried two hours over tea in the atelier. We discuss the wedding, the venue, the silhouette you've imagined and the ones you haven't. No commitment, by appointment.
II
Month Two — Sketch & Fabric
Hand sketches, mood plates, and a curated selection of silks, laces and trims sourced from Europe and southern Africa. We sign off on the design together.
III
Months Three to Four — The Toile
A calico mock-up is built to your exact measurements. First fitting, structural adjustments, neckline and silhouette finalised before a thread of silk is cut.
IV
Month Five — Construction
The gown is cut in your fabric, hand-stitched and beaded over weeks. Second fitting confirms fit; third refines hem, train and finishings.
V
Month Six — Final Reveal
The gown is pressed, steamed and presented in the atelier. Final fitting with shoes and accessories, packaged in archival wrapping for the day.
VI
The Day & After
Optional day-of dressing assistance in Windhoek and the Khomas region. Post-wedding, we offer cleaning and preservation to box the gown as an heirloom.
