Every bridal commission begins on pattern paper rather than a size chart. The bodice is boned and balanced to your posture, the skirt weighted so it moves the way you want it to, and the back closure chosen for the way you'll actually be dressed on the morning.
For Florence we favour washed silk, cotton organza and unlined tulle for coastal heat and late golden-hour ceremonies.
