Many of our clients marry twice over, or celebrate in traditional dress at events that have nothing to do with weddings. We make Herero, Ovambo, Xhosa, Zulu, Tswana, Nigerian and Ghanaian-inspired attire with the same pattern-cutting discipline as a couture gown.
We work from family reference, photographs and the elders' expectations, then cut it to fit properly — because heritage dressing borrowed and safety-pinned never photographs the way it should.
For Abidjan we favour featherweight silk, unlined chiffon skirting and imported wax print or aso-oke for humidity and full-day celebrations.

Measurements are taken locally in Abidjan to our written brief, or by a tailor we brief directly. The toile is couriered to you, photographed on your body and adjusted before the final fabric is cut. The finished garment ships insured, door-to-door, in a garment box with a steaming and dressing guide.
