An off-shoulder neckline is a structural problem disguised as a romantic one. If the bodice underneath isn't doing the work, you will spend your wedding pulling the sleeves back down.

How we cut it

We build a boned, independently fitted bodice that holds on its own, then set the shoulder band so it rests rather than grips. The band is elasticated internally at the back where it doesn't show, giving movement without slippage.

Test it by raising both arms at the fitting. If the neckline moves, the bodice is wrong, not the sleeve.
